1/2 cup warm water
1-1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast (may also use rapid rise)
1-1/2 cups bread our
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Add 3/4 cup of our,
salt and olive oil. Mix well with a wooden spoon. Add the rest of the
our. Mix until dough forms and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.

2. Remove dough to a oured surface including any our not mixed in.
Knead for 5-10 minutes, working in the our. Dough should be
smooth and elastic to the touch. Place the dough in a lightly oiled
bowl. Cover with a towel and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
Punch dough down in the bowl and let rest for 15 minutes. Remove
from bowl. Using you hands, press into greased 12 inch pizza pan.
Complete with your favorite toppings.
